Our Service Delivery Department assists with managing projects, correcting reliability issues, tracking progress and KPIs, managing budgets, and ensuring the proper delivery of services by professionals in charge.

Engineering projects

Our expertise makes Sequential Rail ideally placed to deal with a magnitude of SLA’s. We have been responsible for a significant number of various types of electrical and mechanical installation across UK fleets. 

This experience places Sequential Rail at the forefront of innovation while maintaining a vast amount of expertise. This has given us substantial fault diagnosis and rectification knowledge. You can rest assured that by using Sequential Rail that you are using a company that is dedicated to quality, reliability and value. 

As part of this agreement we will cover the facility to respond to and rectify any faults. We can also start a process of rectifying old faults and reducing faults on the network to improve operational performance. We understand that each fault will have a response time and that we are required to rectify the issue within the SLA timescale of that specific fleet. We are offering your company the option of a rolling monthly agreement that can be stopped and started as needed.

FM Online Portal

Sequential Rail have created a bespoke portal for entering new tickets, that allows a seamless process for yourself to enter new tickets as well as being able to view all historic and pre-existing tickets. 

Access to the system is customisable, this means you are able to give your clients access to the system but only show the data that they need

Our aim is that FM will be a totally transparent system so that our clients can be confident that we are managing fleet functionality in order to maintain a high level of operability.

Services we offer

Integration with our services rectification manager (SRM) to provide you with better visibility on outstanding on ongoing tickets.

Due to having our own engineering staff, we have the ability to comfortably process upto 35 visits per week.

We will provide you with full UK mainland coverage, and all tickets will be priced at one price regardless of location or fault.

You will have full access to our EOS portal and will be able to report on a whole array of information.

We will have a rapid response team available so that if there is a risk of a fleet going below its SLA target we will prioritise that fleet to avoid incurring penalties.

Sequential Rail can store any spare / materials required to carry out their SLA’s in our secure new facility in Doncaster. This will allow for the prompt access to any materials required to our FSE’s
